The size chart serves a general guideline for helping you find your right size in East x East. If you have questions about a specific styleās measurements, you can always reach out to our Experts on chat, email or phone. Please include your bust, waist, and hip measurements with your note and weāll help you out.
What do I do if I receive a faulty/incorrect item?
Please email info@eastxeast.com your Name, Order #, a description of the issue and pictures if item is damaged so we can get you a replacement asap!
What is our return policy?
We accept unworn bikinis and clothing bought from eastxeast.com in new condition with tags and liners attached within 30 days of purchase for a full refund. Please note all items marked final sale are not eligible for a refund. We do not offer store credit at this time. Once we receive and approve your returned items, your refund will go back on the original form of payment. For sanitary reasons, please try on all swimwear over underwear.
How do I start my return?
Simply submit your return request by emailing returns@eastxeast.com and you will receive a shipping label via email. Then, use that shipping label to send your items back to us.
Once your items are inspected, you can expect to receive a refund notification to your email within 10-15 business days. The return shipping fee will be deducted from your refund.
Please note our warehouse/returns department is managing a high volume of returns due to peak holiday season.
The item I want is out of stock, what do I do?
If there is an item that you want, but it is out of stock add your email to the waitlist by going to that product page, selecting the size you want, and entering your email. It's that simple! We will email you when it becomes available again.
How do I care for my East x East clothing?
East x Eastās swimwear is made with the highest quality fabrics and delicate crochet details. To keep your East x East in tip top shape please follow our care instructions.
Handwash with a mild detergent in cold water only
Hang dry in the shade
Do not tumble dry, dry clean, iron or use bleach
Do not leave rolled up wet or wring out
Avoid contact with rough surfaces as it can cause pulling of the fabric
High amounts of chlorine can ruin your bikini, make sure to wash immediately after use
Certain tanning oils, sunscreens, and fake tanning can stain or damage your bikini
To extend the life of your East x East swimwear we recommend rinsing immediately after use. East x East does not take back wash or worn items.
To effectively maintain the longevity and quality of your items, please follow the specific instructions located on the care label inside your garment. Each piece is uniquely designed and care instructions may vary.
